Dynamic Capsule & Fitness Coaching is a dual business concept that caters to both the independent wellness professional and person seeking assistance in their fitness journey. Dynamic Capsule is a fitness studio that empowers wellness professionals who are seeking a private studio to practice their skill set with their patients. The second half of this business model is Fitness Coaching where an individual will discover a personalized experience with a professional coach containing an expertise in functional strength, mobility, corrective exercise targeting imbalances and injury rehabilitation and prevention. 

DCxFC opened in March 2021, after a newly independent fitness coach took a risk and decided to open up his own fitness studio after finding it hard to locate a gym rental space that had a variety of equipment and was reasonably affordable. DCxFC was created for the wellness freelancers in mind to assist in transitioning from a corporate setting to independent freedom of displaying true preventive health expertise with the sole mission of creating a strong and healthy community.
